Appraisal and Valuation Work
Commercial Real Estate Appraisals
We provide appraisal services on apartments and all types of commercial properties. Our recent work has taken us to Birmingham, Little Rock, Kansas City, Shreveport, Memphis, Murfreesboro, and Northwest Arkansas. Clients include lending institutions, REIT's, conduit lenders, HUD and many others.
HUD Certified Appraiser
Jeff Siebold is a HUD-certified appraiser, with extensive experience in the MAP 221(d)4 and 223(f) programs.
Tax Credit Applications
We are approved as both Appraisers and Market Analysts for most Tax Credit programs. We have conducted a number of market studies, both for new construction and for substantial rehabilitation projects.
Elderly Housing
We are recognized as experts in elderly housing, including skilled care nursing homes, assisted living, independent living and CCRC's.
